DESCRIPTION:As Steyning Festival 2026 is fast approaching\, this year's spe
 cial event just for Festival Friends  is being held on Monday February 23
 rd 6.30-8pm at the Steyning Centre.  This is your chance to get an advanc
 e look at some of the programme and talk to the event coordinators.  Drin
 ks and canapes will be served.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAlthough this is a free event
  we have had to limit numbers to 100\, and so you will need a ticket. As n
 umbers are limited we ask that Friends book either one ticket if an indivi
 dual member or two if a joint member.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIn order to access the

 es. We’ve curated a fantastic selection of ticketed workshops and free e
 vents to get your creative juices flowing. \n\nFrom screen printing to co
 llage creating\, doodling fun to vegetable art\, there really is something
  for every aspiring artist. \n\nKids will love meeting author and illustr
 ator Chris Riddell for some fantasy drawing fun.\n\nDraw Brighton will be 
 on hand to help experienced artists and beginners alike get to grips with 
 figure drawing\, sponsored by The Arts Society Steyning. The festival caf
 é will be open throughout the day\, keeping you in drinks and cakes to fu
 el the imagination. And grown-ups can try their hand at a still life\, as 
 our Sip and Paint evening rounds off a truly expressive day.\n\nAll materi
 als are provided for every event. Make sure you book ahead for the paid ev
 ents – but you can just turn up for the free ones. Things could get mess
 y… so bring an apron/smock or wear old clothes! \n\nSee age suggestions

DESCRIPTION:If you’ve always wanted to try figure drawing\, this is your 
 chance. Beginners and experienced artists of all ages are invited to drop 
 in and sketch our clothed model Frankie\, who will be holding a series of 
 mixed-length poses on the theme of Primavera. A free event thanks to The A
 rts Society Steyning\, who are kindly sponsoring Draw Brighton to host thi
 s event. \nThe sessions are untutored (11am-1pm &amp\; 2pm-4pm)\, but Sara
