This Pilates class will be challenging but we always layer and add options for those with injuries or pain, showing you just how much pilates can help and can be tailored to our individual bodies. If you have significant movement issues or struggle in certain positions that aren’t easily adjusted, then this class may be too strong for you and you can try Shona’s Campbell’s introduction to Pilates instead.

Mats – bring your own if you can.
