Set in present day Massachusetts, this Agatha Christie style country mansion murder mystery introduces private sleuth Benoit Blanc played with a hilariously wobbly Deep South accent by Daniel Craig. He has been anonymously hired as a consultant to work with police Lieutenant Elliott (LaKeith Stanfield), investigating the death of family patriarch and famous crime writer Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer) at the 85th birthday party held in the author’s honour. As the family members and staff are interviewed, revealing layers of delusion, deception and intrigue, Benoit Blanc attempts to shake the Lieutenant’s firm belief that the death is suicide. Never taking itself too seriously this classic whodunnit has a sparky energy that engages the viewer throughout its twists and turns.

Other cast include: Chris Evans, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ana de Armas, Michael Shannon, Toni Collette, Katherine Langford, Don Johnson.
