Robert Webb is one of the most distinctive figures in British comedy. With his partner-in-crime David Mitchell he starred in the dazzlingly funny TV series Peep-Show and That Mitchell and Webb Look. Robert will be discussing his fascinating book How Not to be a Boy, just out in paperback. Part memoir, part manifesto, the book explores our absurd expectations of masculinity and what they have meant to him. Looking back over his life, from schoolboy crushes to discovering the power in making people laugh, from losing his beloved mother to becoming a husband and father, Robert considers whether the Rules for Being a Man are relevant any more..

Thoughtful, heart-breaking, hilarious, not-to-be-missed!

Book included with ticket.
