Brian Sawyer, church organist, returns to the Festival to talk about the life of a church organist, from training to performing to teaching. Director of Music at Steyning Parish Church since 1993, Brian has given many organ recitals including in Portsmouth and Chichester Cathedrals, Shrewsbury Abbey and previously in the Steyning Festival. He has also been a soloist with the City of Southampton Symphony Orchestra, Horsham Symphony Orchestra and the Chanctonbury Chorus Orchestra. This is your opportunity to hear his story, not to mention his anecdotes!
